What to Bake in Quarantine

Quarantine weekends around here have involved lots of home projects and baking. A few weeks ago I was able to finally get my hands on some active yeast and I’d been waiting to find the perfect recipe to use it in. Thankfully, I came across this homemade english muffin recipe by milk bar founder and renowned chef, Christina Tosi, on Food52. These are delicious for breakfast with your topping of choice, and I also love using english muffins as buns or breads for lunch or dinner dishes. We ended up using these as buns on these cheesy burgers for dinner and they were restaurant-level good.

Read on for a list of other baking recipes I’ve bookmarked to make over the upcoming quarantined weeks.
