Los Feliz Spanish Revival

Renovation and decoration of a 1920’s Spanish Revival home in Los Feliz, CA. In each room, the home’s original architectural features were the initial inspiration for our design approach. In the kitchen, we made a point to keep the original casement windows, even though that meant relocating them to work with our new layout. Decorative stained and rondel glass in the dining room gave us a color palette and shape inspiration that inspired the artisan-made and vintage furniture and lighting we chose. In the powder room, vintage Italian glass sconces and reclaimed brick flooring paired well with the original double-vaulted ceiling. Soft, textural furnishings brought new life to the primary bedroom.
